The Fisherman, the Mermaid, and the Witch

Happy belated Lammas! On the seasonal cross-quarter, I finally released my SECRET PROJECT!

I put out The Fisherman, the Mermaid, and the Witch—my second book of the year, and my first ever ILLUSTRATED BOOK.

This story is the first in a series called The Tales of the Sun and the Moon, which is my collection of short fiction set in New-Camelot. Each story is being released as an illustrated picture book AND as an ambient, atmospheric, book-on-tape-style podcast.

Regardless of whether you pick up the paperback, I encourage you to make yourself a cup of tea, get cozy, and listen!

I hope to see you in New-Camelot!

Sincerely,

MD Luna

Starting Over in My 30s

Have you ever felt like you’re behind in life? In this week’s vlog, I reflect on starting over in my thirties, pursuing a creative dream, and learning that a meaningful life isn’t always the same thing as an externally successful one.

What is one change you would like to make, big or small?

What do you need to let go of in order to make said change?

And what are you calling in? Who do you want to become?

Sincerely,

MD Luna

Aurora and Luna | Chapter One: The Mundane Princess

And here is the second episode of The Tales of the Sun and the Moon: a fictional, book-on-tape-style podcast from the world of New-Camelot—the setting of the new character-driven high fantasy epic, The Sun and Moon Saga.

Today’s tale is chapter one of Aurora and Luna, a coming-of-age quest fantasy and the FIRST BOOK in The Sun and Moon Saga.

Make yourself a good cup of tea, grab your favourite snack, and press play!

These last two months, I have been working tirelessly to put out a video every week to promote Aurora and Luna—and now it is time to retreat back into my creative cocoon! I’ve got The Solar Queen to revise, after all.

I do have a few casual videos planned for July, but over all uploads will now slow down—until August, when I release my SECRET PROJECT.

From the bottom of my fantasical purple heart, thank you for your support!

Sincerely,

MD Luna
